Thank you Marc for the above info. I decided this year to provide them with my American Express card but asked that it not run through pay pal. I have tried to get a reply from them 3 times and nothing. So now l need to bother you and thought that if anyone else has this problem they will or will not make my mistake.
Can they just charge through your credit card and not go through pay pal?
If that is not possible, I will send them a check.
Please let me know. It seems that each year this is a problem and the folks that are life ers are still getting renewal notices.
This is a great information site and that's why I like it.
Thank you

Sorry about this issue. Since your check has been cashed your membership should have already been updated. BTW: What membership level did you pay for? I will definitely check with one of our site's owners Admin guys to verify your payment and either he or I will change your membership status as soon as possible.

Thank You very much for helping support our great SSR community with your membership.

My pay pal account didn't work this year, my bank changed from Visa to master card during the middle of the year. I have purchased several things with pay pal recently but it still won't pay my ssr fanatics account, suggestions? Should I just mail a check? What are the current rates?

I have a question. I just joined at the $25 dollar level in December of 2014 and now wished I would have joined at the $99 dollar life membership level. Do I have to wait until December 2015 to upgrade and pay $99 or can I just send the difference between $25 and $100 ($75) and upgrade right now? Just wondering. Thanks.

I can ask the Site's Admin person to see if they will be willing to do that for you.

Hey there!

So, we can do this for you guys HOWEVER, you must include the following things in your check:

username
full name and signature
correct amount
what it is for, what site, what membership
(please write all of this on the back of the cheque if you have space to make a comment, and on a separate sheet as well)

Please also include your return address in case it gets lost in the mail. We are not responsible for mail being lost in the process.
If you can agree to all that. We'll discuss about this on Monday again.

I have been so impressed with this site and all the help tips I just upgraded to a Lifetime Membership. What fantastic service also. Thank you MARC NY. I just hit the pay button and went back to the Forum and I was already upgraded! Hows that for service?

Membership renew

I renewed using PayPal now I am getting email that membership was not paid and I need to repay. PayPal account shows it paid. They want me to give credit card number. I don't know if this is a scham or what. This membership paying is all screwed up. Email said "they" will try every three days until I post a credit card number, to renew, which I never used in the first place.

That email is a scam. Your payment has already gone through and you're set until 2016.

We will never ask for your credit card number! EVER!
