PM New Message Notification

First, I'm pretty new to the forum and think it's outstanding but have a question.
I've been pretty active using PMs and when I get the new PM message notification, I read them and usually respond but the message # does not go away even after refreshing. I then go back through my messages to see if I missed any but can't find any new ones. What am I missing?
Thanks,
Florida John

You have to click on the notification and then open the Pm before the notification will disappear !!!!!!!!

Hi @jfsteinbauer . Glad to hear that you're enjoying the forum! Yes, I would try James Dean's suggestion with regards to clearing the notifications, but these things can sometimes be a little bit finicky, so please let us know if you continue to have any problems and we can look further into it.

Cheers,

Erik
