This may be a long shot, does anyone with a Redline have their wheel barrels painted black? If so, pictures please.

32Revolver had his painted black with a red & blue pin stripe running just inside. Looked cool when you were standing next to it and looking down at the wheel. Rebel posted a picture of Dave's wheel several years back. I can't find a picture anywhere, sorry.

Good question, SWT . . .

Way back when I was considering having The Doophus's Wheels painted Slingshot Yellow, someone on here sent me a picture of a Redline Red SSR with Red Wheels. That picture convinced me to "Go For It" and I have never looked back.

Sorry, not able to locate that picture so far. Still searching.

If you have satin wheels, do what you like
The 14P Chrome wheels are sort of priceless.
If you mess with them you are messing with history
If you have 14P chromies - hang onto them

But everything SSR, be it 73P Sterling Silver or 96P Ultra
Siilver, just hang onto it -our SSR's areClassic's

The red caliper covers really pop. My thoughts anyway.

I stripped the gray internal paint off as they are chrome under there. Then, I had transparent sparkly blue powder coat applied. One of the best things I ever did to my truck.

Jeff, did you have yours done by Diamond Back?
I am getting info from them and will do a separate thread shortly that I think will excite many that are looking for new tires
My last mag from them is dated 2010 but I see they had Nitto's at that time - just spoke with Rusty yesterday - maybe we can get an SSR Fanatic deal
I had original Redlines on my TR6 - honestly not positive how Redlines would look on my Redline
Not sure, but I think they buy the tires and do them custom for you - no idea yet what the upgrade is tho - expect you may have to pre-pay, but I know they have been in biz since 2010 - HaHa!
I have to give them our original spec's but I have 35 Nitto's on my rear so I know they could do them custom for me as required
