That is just mean! Don't get me wrong I love that mine is an FPR but I am not sure how much value that really adds. I guess Cash would know. Oh wait. A dig among friends over the early or late birth of their vehicle seems...

I love that look Bruce! It looks like they did a really nice job on it. I am jealous and far too poor to try and duplicate it. At least too poor at this time.

Wow, one of a kind look for sure Bruce. Came out looking really sweet. How did they blend the joint between the metal bucket and the plastic bumper? Just leave a little lip on the plastic to slightly cover the metal lip? Wished I was going to the chocolate run just so I could see it in person!

Must be a little shy after all that work and people touching her headlights so much, she seems to be hiding in the bushes and scared to come out.........

Hmmm...I dunno. But, they did a good job.

I don't know if it's screaming for bigger headlights (they seem a bit too Jeep Wrangler-esque)...or maybe some sort of trim ring to match the bottom foglights...or maybe something done with the new headlight pockets paint-wise or something...or the fact that the top grille bar doesn't really match the bottom ones anymore and seems extra "blocky" now...I dunno, something seems just a bit off. I would paint the grille bowtie the orange color to draw some attention away from the huge gray blockiness. Overall it's definitely not bad, it's very close to conception, but there is just something a tiny bit off about it. I can't put my finger on it...but overall it looks good. It just gives you a jolt a bit when you first see it vs. the conceptualized photoshopped pics which didn't cause that reaction:

Also...wasn't the entire point of this to use "real" old-school 7" halogen headlights and not "plastic pods"??? It seems that these are pretty much the same type of plastic headlight as the stock unit just sunk in with a different Jeep-ish shape (i.e., it's still a molded plastic headlight that takes a twist-in bulb). Maybe I'm missing the point here...

But the workmanship seems superb!

There's a seam between the Fascia and the bucket but it's almost invisible.

Often wrong...... but never in doubt.

I thought the point was to get "real" headlights as evidenced by the thread title???????

If those are in fact Jeep Wrangler JK plastic modern headlights (they may not be but they look like it), they are notorious for being absolutely horrible performers. Here are several hundred pages of information regarding Jeep Wrangler JK headlight upgrades that should come in helpful:
