We put the new transmission in the R this morning. My buddy said he could get the dipstick tube in after installation. Well, he could not do it this morning. Anybody have this issue. I cannot believe that if the dipstick tube seal / boot was bad that you would have to drop the transmission to replace it. Any help is appreciated.

I was going to call him next. That is where I got the trans from. Just thought someone else has experienced this.
