05 running boards

Will the 05 running boards fit on an 03 ?? what about the wind deflector too.... Does anyone have some pictures of the 05 baords in red. I think I might get them but I need to know if they will fit first.......

i put the red boards on my 03, i think they are great, also put the factory wind splitter on fits fine let it rip

The 05 running boards are the same, the only differences are the brackets that attach to the running boards to the SSR. They supposedly have a different angle on them to allow the 05 boards to tilt more in line with the body of the SSR rather than being parallel with the ground.

that looks great! can it stay in place with the top closing/closed like the factory 05 windbreak can?
The WindsuppreSSR can stay on with the top up or down. It will work better than the factory model since it is wider. THe factory unit allows wind in on both sides and down the waterfall. I have had my WindsuppreSSR on for a month and love it. I can drive with the top down with temps in the 50s and not need to put the heat on.
