I heard somewhere (on here) a while back that the console gauge holder can be polished to look like chrome. Mine (05) appears to be plastic and I don't see how you can polish plastic to look like chrome or can I?

Yes, have done almost all the satin parts to chrome, here is an after pic of gauges, steering wheel and shift knob.

I have explained the process many times and others have attempted the same process with great results as well. If only I had known about the trim rings around the individual gauges at that time, I would have done those too.....
