Sold 4/6/21

Thanks for looking.

For sale is my '05 Silver Auto SSR, with Magnuson Supercharger, 77K miles. Just too many cars. Thought I would offer it here first, as the Forum had been of great help to me since I joined. Comes with Clear wind protector, Upgraded 20/22" wheels, 1SB package. Runs great- no problems, no rust anywhere. Maybe a little too fast:surprise: . Approx 520 hp. Supercharger installed and tuned by Joe Delano. Top works great. AC is super cold ( modified the thermistor- it's adjustable now too!) .

I've owned it a little over a year, and during that time I've tried to take care of all of the normal upgrades needed for an SSR. First, I had the transmission built by a local performance trans builder( famous for Buick GN Transmissions), and installed a new Phoenix Torque Converter to handle the Supercharger's power. New Tires, Brakes, Battery, Hoses, Thermostat, Surge Tank, Ignition Switch, Trailblazer rear brace. Fixed the AC issue with an adjustable Thermistor. Bought and installed from Mike in AZ his HD Fan ( ZO6 style), Radiator brace, Front suspension brace, ABS shield, Shifter "fix", Spare Tire carrier. Installed a Pioneer HD radio with Backup camera's ( 3), Sirius XM adapter,Bluetooth and Appradio for connection to your smart phone and NAV. Also installed a custom BMW cupholder. Rebuilt gauge cluster with all new motors and lights. Installed White Face gauge overlay.

Asking $25,500( or near offer. Got a lot more invested in it, but I've had fun with it! If interested, PM me and I'll send you a phone number. Thanks for looking. More pictures available if you want to see something specific. Mike

In the Holiday Spirit, I'm reducing the asking price to $23,500! What a deal for a well maintained, upgraded, SUPERCHARGED SSR!! Sure, you can find one cheaper, but then you'll just be adding in money for all the stuff I've just done. And on top of that, 525 hp is a lot of fun, with the Supercharger Whine thrown in for free! Ready to drive home for the holidays. :silver:

Just wanted to bring this back to the front, now that it is warm outside. I've picked up a new project, and the garage is getting a little crowded, so hopefully an SSR Fanatic will see and be interested. Had a few low ball offers, but I'm not desperate to sell ( I am willing to negotiate a little!). This is a very good truck, with all of the known issues fixed, almost all of the Simple Engineering products installed, plus a couple of other specials- including the SUPERCHARGER! Priced right, when you figure in all of the maintenance parts replaced already, plus the cost of the Supercharger.

Fly to Vegas, buy an SSR, get lucky at the Casino -- it could happen!

Well, Ron in AZ wanted it, but found out the SSR was just not the right fit for him ( He's BIG!). It's still available, and I would love to find the right Fanatic to continue it's journey. It's ready to go anywhere! As I've said before, fly into Vegas, hit it big at the casino, and drive home in the SSR!

Well, it's been a while since I posted, but this SSR is still available for the right Fanatic! I know these are not great times in the country, but I haven't been in a hurry, and still not desperate. It's now all the way up to 79K miles ( 2K miles in 2 years). Just don't use it much- too many cars. I've got another project in mind, and could use the space if someone out there wants a well maintained SSR. I've sold this twice since it's been advertised, and both times sale fell through ( last time guy was just too big for the SSR!).

Still priced at $23,500 OBO. Casinos are back open, so fly out, buy the SSR, and win back the money at the casino:sneaky:
