We just received word that the new tuners coming in will have programming for the 2005 and '06 SSR!

U7191 2005-'06 SSR and 2006 TrailBlazer SS (LS2) Predator programmer $399.99

Orders can be placed online or by calling 1-877-4-TBYRNE (1-877-482-9763).

Have a good day!

Hello there, Based on the very limited capability of the last programmer they had out for the 2005 what is the difference?
Can it program for 4.56 gears, torque converters and can you download a custom program into it?
I am very gun shy on their products after the last SSR programmer for the 05.

That's the same part number. No new release - looks like they just updated what it works on.

I Emailed Predator 03/10/06 to ask if their programmer would work for gear changes and have not yet received a reply. Do any Programmers do this ?

I heard that Superchips Custom Tuning was going to come out with one that actually works for the 05 and 06.

Currently we have no release date when the transmission controls will be

Subject: Will the U7191 programmer have speedometer correction feature

I have a 2005 Chevy SSR with the LS2 6.0 with a 6 speed manual transmission.
I will be changing the rear end ratio soon to 4.56. Will your U7191 have the
capability to correct the speedometer to adj for the gear swap? If so any
idea when?

Thanks,
Doug Nafzgar
