We'll post more details closer to the date, and, yeah, we know, the date's not really solstice but it's close and that means the daylight will last well into the evening giving all of us a great chance to stroll and chat before enjoying dinner at one of the restaurants around the parking lot!

Exactly three weeks until our second S Ontario, SSR Rendezvous...same location as last year...in spite of summer’s reluctance to show up, it may in fact be here to help us all celebrate it’s official arrival and the longest days of the year! Hope you can make it...let us know here!

Potential new Fanatics hoping to join us

Have met 2 potential Fanatics that may not already be involved in our Forum. Both have expressed interest in joining me to caravan to Scarborough. One in the London area with a :silver: and one from Caledonia :yellow:
Said WP but who knows. Pray for sunshine. Looking forward to a good turnout again. I'm putting insurance and new license sticker on tomorrow and give the old Corvette a rest after a few hundred miles and several outings so far this season.

SSR Summer Solstice Rendezvous inclement weather plan...

Got a call from David Welman, president of Thornhill Cruisers (organizers of the Show and Shine we’re booked to attend Monday next, June 24) today. Weather forecast for Monday is not great and David will call me early afternoon on the 24th, IF they have to cancel.
I will post here ASAP on the 25th and Thornhill Cruisers will pick another Monday for us.
Keep those fingers crossed!
