Hey gang I'm still trying to find a set of cargo net "D" rings with the 22mm long studs for the tail gate ! ! ! HELP I need the "D" rings or part #

Tie downs

Go to www.gmpartsdirect.com.
click on the Accessories tab
click on the Accessory Parts link
click the Chevrolet tab
Select SSR from the select model drop down
select your year
When the list comes up scroll down to "Bed Tie Downs (Set of 4)"

This works for most of the accessories available from GM. Good prices too.

They come with the two Cargo Net packages.

per gm parts direct part number 15113378 includes cargo netting, 2 tailgate tiedowns. also part number 15113377 includes cargo netting, 2 tailgate tiedowns, 1 crossbar, 4 d rings (presumably the short ones). didn't find any further parts breakdown than this, but it may help you with a starting point to ask further at dealer or on web.

Ok, I missed the 22mm reach. As far as I recall the long stud D rings are part of the cargo net package.

Would something not exactly GM be acceptable?

I don't think GM makes a longer D-ring. I bought the set of (4) and they only work on the top rail by themselves. The threads are not long enough to go on the tailgate especially if you have the carpet option. I also got (2) D-rings with my hard type bed boxes, and those are the same length as the (4) I bought previously, and they are not long enough to go thru the steel plate that secures the top of the boxes to the top rail. Has anyone else purchased the boxes and found the D-rings long enough to work?

Do I understand correctly ... 03 WITH NET PACKAGE should have come with net, bar, 2 d-rings on tailgate 2 rings on bar (and 2 more rings) :confused

I ordered the cargo net kit for my 2004 SSR. As part of the "kit" I received: the cross bar, the net, 4 short "D" rings with fasteners for the slide rails and 2 "D" rings with longer threads for my tailgate. It all came in one big box. Hope that helps! :seeya
