On the '04 that I have been working we replaced the ABS module last Sat. The power booster is bad, with the engine off, brake petal is firm, with engine on, steady pressure on the petal, the petal will go to floor.
Today Ron called me after leaving my house, said that doing 75 on the interstate, both brake and abs light came, DIC SERVICE BRAKES.

Can a faulty brake booster cause the ABS light to also come on or is it a faulty repaired module?

Also I have looked online for new booster but it is listed as discontinued. Amazon and Rock Auto have the AC/Delco remanufactured for about $85. Any input on quality of the Delco Professional remanufactured?

Jack, first I would get the foundation brakes fixed and working correctly. Then you need to have the codes read in the ABS unit and go from there with determing if it is a faulty repair on the ABS unit. Some ABS codes can be set from faulty foundation brakes. So you might fix both issues with repair of the foundation brakes.
As for the AC Delco reman unit, I have used AC Delco remans before without any issues.

I would think the Master Cylinder is the reason the pedal goes to the floor, not the booster.

I agree, provided properly bled. The firm pedal engine off usually rules this out. A sinking pedal is a sign of losing hydraulic pressure. Typically caused by a leak. Externally which could be seen or internally in master cylinder as fluid bypassed cup seals. You could remove lines from master cylinder and install plugs to confirm this. Bleed by having assistant push pedal Down as plug are tightened.

After about 40 to 45 minutes of steady driving my Brake Light and ABS lights come on. Brakes work fine, but Todd said the ABS mode/system is not working when the lights are on. Stop to eat, say for 60 t0 75 minutes, come back out, lights do not come on till I drive another 30 or 40 minutes or so. As usual Todd said bring it by and he'd fix it. Will before I go to St. Louis Thursday April 27th. What's y'all's opinion SSR guys and Gals. tennesseecozydog :ssr

Talk to Dicktator

Talk to Dicktator but it sounds to me like your ABS module is faulty. You can have yours repaired by Dick or Dragon2u for about $50. Or you can spend around $500 for a new unit that possibly has the same low temp solder that has failed on the unit in your truck.

Booster

I talked to Dicktator and Mike Mora today, both think the booster is bad and possibly the cause of the ABS light. Will replace booster.
So far no input about AC/Delco Professional remanufactured having quality control problems.
