Ok with the preamium Bose system option... Is this a NON Y91 (lux) system? From what I'm reading on other gm forums, preamium refers to the "dumb" bose amp not the Y91 smart amp that gm used.
Just looking for clarification in my learning curve.
Stereos were so much simpler in the 80s!

Option Code

Check the service label in the glove box. If an option is installed on your truck from the factory it will be listed there. I have not seen Y91 on SSRs that I have owned.
