Look on Internet "9 pattern anti-collision light" Has any one seen these. I would be afraid they would run into you while looking at pattern. (Maybe some one can link it to website. It's above my paygrade)

Here you go. A link to what you are talking about Anti-collision light. The basic concept is that it projects a red light from the rear of the vehicle towards the ground. Some come in patterns and most don't work well. I would be afraid to connect it to my electrical system.

I got the the 3rd brake light pulser from Webeletrics. I costs more than Mike's but it was a simple plug-in module with no splicing. Less than 10 minutes to install.
