We are still on for the April 9th Cruise and the weather is looking great. We have about 4 that are going that I know of. Don't be shy, that's why we have the SSR's.
Okay folks, MARK YOUR CALENDARS, if your in the St. Louis, Illinois Metro area or even close Come cruise with us on this Saturday.
The meeting place will be at the Creve Coeur City hall (300 N New Ballas Rd) at 12:00 noon on April 9th. If it's raining the date will be moved to the 16th.
If your from Illinois and you don't want to drive to Creve Coeur, Missouri, met us at the River Dock in Hardin. We should be there around 1, 1:30.
From there we will head off to a scenic run up the Illinois river road along the bluffs of the Mississippi. We head north to Hardin Illinois for lunch at the RiverDock restuarant. 1 inch thick smoked pork chops! The Riverdock has some of the best home cooking. We will take the back roads to highway 79 which involves a trip across the Missouri river on a ferry ($8). Once back on the Missouri side we head south to the Sonic drive-in on 79/Salt Lick road (1/2 mile from hwy 70) to end the cruise. This cruise is around 120 miles.
