[Purple Haze]

I was crusing about 80 MPH down the interstate in my SSR today. All of a sudden, I hear what sounded like a bicyle tire pop or a gun going off. I just knew that I would have a flat on my hands at any moment. The truck never hesitate and drove fine, I later told myself that the noise must have come from the RV that I was passing at the time. However, I'm still not sure. Anyone have any ideas?

FYI - most of the way up I65 was my purple SSR followed by a Prowler. Everyone was moving over to get a look at our cars.

ditto on the rock hits. i have already replaced one windshield and had touchup paint for a major hit on the hood. in both cases it sounded like a gunshot and i could feel the impact inside the car.
