There are two different quality of Delco parts:
AC Delco. OEM replacements
AC Delco Profesional. Cheaper lower quality made in China.
If your buying Delco parts steer clear of Delco professional.
I had my starter replaced at a local shop and they found a bad diode in my alternator. They replaced it with a Delco and since two new Delco Proffesional alternators in a year. Replaced under warrantee and the third one is stating to whine now. They are working with me on an upgrade now.
