i learned a long time ago to upgrade the chassis/brakes before doing motor work (and i have a lot of motor work planned). a friend of mine owns power slot brakes so we upgraded the rotors and pads, hence the lack of need for the stock parts. if you are interested in the power slot upgrade, i can get us a pretty good deal on the full setup.

Please explain to the lay-people (myself and all the rest non-gearheads)on the board why you would trade out these parts, and if the brakes and upgraded rotors and pads are a better even for the stock vehicle.
