Need some help. the cargo cover will not latch. Is there a fuse or relay to make it catch when you push down. the latch will not turn to hold it in place. If you hold the cover down like it is closed and hit the open button, you can here a clicking sound like you would when it is opening. Thanks dave

Hey bornssr,

Not to insult your intelligence, but per your owners manual, you know that the tailgate has to be open for the cargo to latch.

Close cargo cover first
Then close tailgate.

OK, let's start with the basics....... Did it ever work right?

Again, please don't take offense, but I really have to SLAM my cover down before it latches.

AH, now I see what you're saying! The "claws" are not rotating around the cover "loops", correct?

same problem

I am having the same problem with the cargo cover not latching. I have tried everything from disconnecting the battery, pulling fuses, etc. Guess I will take it to the dealer on monday. If you find a resolution in the mean time, please let me know.................thanks, Roger
