All tabs were broken on my center caps on my prowler which are same design as my r and this was the solution the prowler store came up with. Have not lost one since and it's been over a year. Not sure if this will work on an r but throwing it out there

Look up: CENTER CAP REPAIR 72020.pdf - Microsoft Word Online (live.com)

I use Silicone Kitchen Caulk on the tabs, install as directed. Don't let anyone remove center caps but owner!

That said, I have had my R for 17 years, now 166,000 miles. Never lost center cap using this method.

It's aluminum. There is a rubber oring that pressure fits to the rim
