Did any of you get the flyer on new SSR merchandise in the mail. There was a good bit of clothing and accessories, although I think a lot of it was very "Understated" in terms of design. I believe the same merchandise is available at Chevy Mall.

Just got the flyer yesterday. Pretty cool stuff in there. Too bad none of the model SSR's were the right color.

HI Ed,

I believe I might have received the same catalog as you did. It has some of the same merchandise that either has been offered or is now currently online at Chevy Mall. May I ask where did you get yours from? I got a surprise envelope in the mail recently from Bob Walczyk, SSR Product/Marketing Mgr. who had mailed one to me at home. I took it to work but I can scan some of the pages and share with everyone on here next week. I liked the bar stool with the SSR logo on it! There was also a neat dress SSR watch too. I currently have the silver black face SSR Logo watch that was offered on their site before.

Chevy Mall did not deliver the goods !

Has any one else been ripped of by Chevy Mall?

My wife ordered SSR gifts for my Xmas presents early Dec. 2004.

Nothing has arrived and Chevy Mall has not been helpful. Every time we contact

them they say it will be one more day. BEWARE THE SERVICE SUCKS and they

have my money. Not holding out any hope in seeing the products.

Poor Customer Service!!

Ordered a poster from them, never received it..:mad

Last I heard, it was lost in the mail???? :boxing

Lost Hope Must Of Helped

I had lost hope in getting my book etc. from Chevy Mall , and low and behold it arrives almost 2 months later.
Now I have 2 of everything. :cuss
Checking the post dated its seems that the second time my wife contacted Chev Mall was when they sent my stuff.
If they had told us that OK but we were told that it would be arriving the next day.
Not true not honest.
Any one want an SSR book?

Sorry to hear some of you had bad luck. Maybe they have their schtick together now. I recently (3-4 weeks ago) ordered 6-7 items; shirts, book, dealer banner, hats, etc. It took 3 visits from UPS but everything got to me within 2 weeks.

BTW - I've had one good experience with Chevy Mall - got what I ordered pretty quickly. But asked them a question via the website about three weeks ago - still no answer.

All of my dealings with ChevyMall have been very positive. When I sent my contact an email regarding Scotts issue - I rec'd a quick reply, and he was GLAD to have the chance to respond. His primary concern was that Scott lives in CANADA and there are issues with shipping to a PO Box in Canada. Chevymall apparently can't ship to a PO BOX with FED-X so, they had to send Scotts order via USPS - which made it kinda hard to track...

So, Scott - did you get a double order - and pay for both or did one set of your stuff come for free???

BTW: The SSR leather coat is real NICE - and made in CANADA....

RickSSR - when did you order? and what poster? If you want to PM me with you info (name of poster and name on order) - I'll look into your order too.

Folks from ChevyMall do check in here at SSRfanatic, so hopefully they are already looking into Ricks order too...

My wife ordered some t-shirts and other items from them and the quality was not very good. The hats however were very good :leaving

Couple things I noticed about them.
Most of the SSR stuff is available from other sources. Ebay has quite a few different items. Most prices elsewhere are a little less expensive. The book, for example, is about 10 bucks cheaper at Amazon.
I also found that if you use your GM card you can get a 10% discount on your purchase. Plus the 5% back in GM bucks. I haven't tried to use it for the discount but I think you have to enter through the GMcard site.
The couple items I ordered came in with no problems and were good quality.

No double order

Chevy Mall is not being very fair in blaming Canadian postal services.
The paper work that came with my order shows the order picked on the day we first called. :rolleyes: This sheet is in the box and it is dated Dec.15 2004
The US post mark is Jan 20. They got it one month and 5 days later, it seems to me that the problem was with Chevy Mall. :rant The Canadian post got hold of it on the 25th of Jan and I got it Jan 31st, not to bad
To be quite honest I don't care if some one makes a mistake, the world has many more problems; this is a book and a few other items, no big deal, but don't blame someone else. :nono :nono Suck it up
By the way the book is great, :) and yes I will order from Chevy Mall in the future. :thumbs
