Chevy Mall did not deliver the goods !

Has any one else been ripped of by Chevy Mall?

My wife ordered SSR gifts for my Xmas presents early Dec. 2004.

Nothing has arrived and Chevy Mall has not been helpful. Every time we contact

them they say it will be one more day. BEWARE THE SERVICE SUCKS and they

have my money. Not holding out any hope in seeing the products.

Lost Hope Must Of Helped

I had lost hope in getting my book etc. from Chevy Mall , and low and behold it arrives almost 2 months later.
Now I have 2 of everything. :cuss
Checking the post dated its seems that the second time my wife contacted Chev Mall was when they sent my stuff.
If they had told us that OK but we were told that it would be arriving the next day.
Not true not honest.
Any one want an SSR book?

No double order

Chevy Mall is not being very fair in blaming Canadian postal services.
The paper work that came with my order shows the order picked on the day we first called. This sheet is in the box and it is dated Dec.15 2004
The US post mark is Jan 20. They got it one month and 5 days later, it seems to me that the problem was with Chevy Mall. :rant The Canadian post got hold of it on the 25th of Jan and I got it Jan 31st, not to bad
To be quite honest I don't care if some one makes a mistake, the world has many more problems; this is a book and a few other items, no big deal, but don't blame someone else. :nono :nono Suck it up
By the way the book is great, and yes I will order from Chevy Mall in the future. :thumbs
