Forum Members, thank you for the responses and interest in the "Chin Spoiler" product from Axiom.

Let me clarify exactly what the options are. Axiom has a very special relationship with the SSR Fanatic Forum members and the SSR Community in that they produce unique and very high quality products that are not widely available. Axiom strives to bring SSR owners very special products that are deliberately special and again, unique. They've already managed a "First Production Run" which members are still waiting for in a lot of cases. The second production run will not be available until all members who signed up for the first run are fulfilled.

Axiom is currently "NOT" distributing through any outside retail vendors including me. I'm only in negotiations with Axiom and cannot say with any certainty that I'll be able to secure that relationship at this point. There is no reason thus far to think that its not a good possibility, but it's too premature to speculate on whether terms will be agreed upon and whether or not we'll meet the very high standards of Axiom. I may have been a little pre-mature to put a date on the availability of my being able to offer any kind of "Group Buy".

However, stay tuned, Axiom will be announcing more information in the future about its intentions. That being said, let's wait and see what Axiom does as far as the "Next Production Runs" and we'll know better how available the chin spoilers will become.

I can say this, the folks over at Axiom are great to deal with and I would hope that things work out as far as obtaining distribution rights, but that's still in negotiation.

Thank you again for the interest and we look forward to more of the quality products from Axiom.

How many of you out there have purchased a chin spoiler like the Pace SSR? I understand that Axiom is about to give the rights to wholesale to a few vendors. What I'm wondering is if anybody out there has purchased from Axiom, did they provide the spoiler painted to match or did you have to paint it when received.

Let me know if anybody is interested and getting a chin spoiler, I'm working on dealing with Axiom to buy into their dealer program. I think I can have some available around July 1st - 15th. I'd like to make an initial purchase large enough to get you guys a great deal on the chin spoiler.

Hey, I too would like to have a front spoiler, let us know if it is the same and pre-colored to match. I am still enjoying the Dynatech SuperMaxx headers I bought from you and which you installed for me in Dallas. They are AWESOME!!

Do you know if Axiom made one from the pictures that were voted on, and if so, which one ( picture #). They all looked good, but there were a couple that I prefered more than the others.

YallerDog Thanks

First, thanks YallerDog for the interest and I'm very glad that you're enjoying the Dynatech Headers. I've never heard any real complaints about this product.

On the Spoiler, Drtrcer and all:

Above is the link to the axiom site that shows a b&w drawing of the spoiler. I'm not positive, but I think this is the same spoiler that is used on the Pace car. I haven't been able to verify that. I'm going to call Lisa in the next few days and see what I can find out.

If I field other questions regarding this spoiler I'll try to get together a cumulative post that informs of all the details. Seems like somewhere I saw that this was the Pace car spoiler.

i might be interested let me know when you get them and what the cost would be painted. thanks burt, ps also looking for a rear spoiler

He Burt,

If you are looking for a rear spoiler, check out www.Axiomodesignsolutions.com. Mine has been on for three months. No holes in the deck. Stays on at all speeds (135 mph plus) with no problem. Used 2 sided tape. Can be ordered painted like I did. Great match.

The Answer to the Question

The chin spoiler that Axiom has is not the same one that is on the pace truck. I'am not sure the name but I thought it was ASC and they are not selling them. If you want that spoiler you have to let them mod your truck. :banghead

Diggs,

Thank you for the correction on the Axiom website. I very seldom use the site. Talkling to Lesa is faster and alot more enjoyable. Hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks the new chin spoiler will start shipping. Can't wait.

Thanks again for the help,

Marc

Chin spoiler

I've been looking for the chin spoiler since I bought my ssr a year ago. plus the running boards, same as the pace car. Is anyone offering the running board as well? Please let me know.

I just checked that website out...http://headersystems.com and he is right they do sound incredible.

How long did it take him to install those pipes for you? They definitely sound worth a road trip.
