Just made a deal with a local chromer that specializes in chroming wheels.
He will do an Exchange for $800 a set, you pay shipping. Does anyone have experience in shipping costs?
They will be warranteed for 2 years, (no snow driving) for peeling and defects!
He's checking to see if he has a set available now for exchange.
Anyone interested??

wheels

I have been looking into getting my wheels chromed for a couple of months, but find most places that chrome wheels are on the west coast and my turn around would be 6-8 weeks. Is your chromer closer to me and do you know how fast of a turn around he would have if I had to send my wheels. I have not found anyone yet that can do an exchange because they cannot get any cores.

Does that include center caps and is the shipping cost both ways; to and from him? Also will he mount and balance the wheels if shipped with tires on them?
SHipping is NOT included, but it does include Plastic Centers!
I need someone to weigh the wheels so I can get a UPS cost on shipping.
He's a chromer not a tire shop, so there is no Mount and Balance involved, sorry.
