I have been looking for some nice custom gauge faceplates.
I saw these and inquired about getting some made for the SSR.

I contacted the manufacturer about possibly doing some for the SSR,
and they said they would only consider doing so for a run of about 100.
Has anybody found some other gauges that they know of ?

I'd be interested - not sure I want dancing flames but would be kool to see something other than the plain faceplate.

The description stated that it easily wires into your existing harness? Then why does a dimmer switch need to be velcro'ed to the dash? What does the stock dimmer do? Would we have to dim and brighten both switches?

Maybe the second dimmer is for the flame brightness vs. the guage brightness.

I have one in my Syclone and it is awsome. I don't like the flames though!

The switch is attached to my dash underneath. The original dimmer still controls eveything else!.
