Don Spohr had water leak on passengers' side, took to Dealer, had it seven days, NO charge because they could not find leak.
At Quaker Steak Show on Thursday, 7 SSR, Jim Greeley, Canada, said I had same problem. I know where it is!

Removed ROOF Seal on windshield, found traces of WATER, resealed with Silicone Caulk and all is good.
We also made two turns on Roof Motor Rods to tighten/close Roof a little tighter, Why? 18yrs old!

Replaced Bed Struts on Newbie, AJ, and Ron Raposa from Noth Port came by because he had Bed Actuator problem. Jim Greeley confirmed it was actuator which I had in stock.

Ed Borland used my Tech 2 to find my Cruise Control problem, Brake Switch! Thanks Ed!!

Ended up doing 3 hrs.

I guess I need to do Power Point on adjusting Roof closing, IF NEEDED! In this case, Don was having water leak into passengers' floor when it rained. Unfortunately, Don has to leave his R outside.

Roof Rod adjustment for closing ROOF a "little" tighter.

Remove trim on windshield
Mark present location of rod connection BEFORE removing.
Loosen lock nut. 10mm wrench.
Use screwdriver to release ROD from ball connection.
Turn ball connector on rod ONE, not more than TWO turns IN.
USE marks on Rod and Connector to count turns.
MUST turn BOTH rod ends the same number of turns.
This will CLOSE Roof tighter than OEM setting.

BE CAREFULL!! To many turns can damage roof!
