As stated before went for a short ride and Temp went up and fan wasn't moving. With all the issues posted about fan failure, I thought mine just bit the bullet. Ordered one from Mike and installed it. Runs perfect. I thought well let me take it apart and see if I can salvage it for someone in distress. Looked at plug and guess what. "WHY ME". As you can see by pictures connector was problem. Checked OE fan and it works fine. I know people are going to say should of check that first. But with the history of fan failure, went with most common problem. SO from experience check other things before jumping to conclusions. No I'm not going to swap Mike's out. It's in there to stay.

I think Mike can help you with that as well. Keep his Fan and be happy you will be in good shape for long time if you replace the connector as well. I know I am asking you to spend more money but in the long run it is a good deal.
