The only thing I didn't like about the SSR was no elbow room. You have to stick your elbow into a hole in the door. And with the top down the door is too high to rest your elbow there.

Does this drive anyone crazy? :)

Dougnc,

I have to admit, after driving Miss Daisy for a while, I have noticed that I keep sticking my elbow in the space where the door pull is.

Window sill is too high and the arm rest is too low!

Clear tint

I am 6' for me it's just right when the window is down. It may be my imagination but it fell like I have more room in between me elbow and arm and the door panelIn my 05 over the 03 I drove for a year. I know I love the xtra foot room in the 05. It was very hard to get my foot between the dead pedel and brake pedel to stretch out my left leg on a long trip. put a strip of clear tint over the painted area between door seal and door panel so your body acid won't damage the paint over time. I remember the old cars and trucks when they were metal they would start rusting after a few years with those people who hang their arm out over it. I even had them clear tint the running boards from the rubber out till it rolled under to keep paint from scuffing works very well. you can always replace tint reasonably easyand inexpensive. I ran tint full lenght xcept 1" from each end of door and board. :cool :thumbs
