I had a set of Dynatech SuperMaxx headers installed in Dallas, TX on May 19th. My SSR is a 2005, automatic, VIN 17441. The installation was not easy, but was accomplished in about 4 hours. The left side goes in very easily. The problem is the right side header can't go up or down into place without loosening the engine mounts and persuading the engine to "move over" until the header slips past, then all can be re-tightened. A lift is a MUST, I doubt it can be done on the driveway. All of that was worth it, however, because the sound is simply great and the added power is awesome! Chris Adams did mine and he has offered the Forum Members a good price. If you live far away you maybe can't take advantage of his more than reasonable installation charge, but give him a call and see what you can work out. Contact him at (817) 723-8815, or <
