Hey Leo and all conerned,

I just called to check on my order with Dynatech.Unfortunately, the headers won't be ready until Feb. 14.The good news is that they are able to powder-coat them at an additional cost.
Coating will take an additional 5-10 days turnaround. It's dissappointing but it looks like I'll have them installed in time for the spring thaw.

Believe me Craig, you will drool over the headers when you get them. I am waiting for the roads to dry just a little more and we can have our little SSR out cruising around. It has been so darn wet and snowy here I think we moved to Washington state or something.

gotta hav'm

I hear what youre saying Leo.The weather is pretty nasty up where you are.Actually, here in Maryland its' not so bad.I took a little cruise around the block on Sunday and blew the cob webs out of the pipes.I've got this thing running damn good with the cat back, roller rockers and Crane cams powertune. It's hard staying out of the throttle cause it feels so good!
I'm glad I'm having the headers ceramic coated.I think that will make the motor really stand out under the hood.

Performance mods

Hey Mike,

Iv'e done all the mods myself so far except for the custom install of the magnaflow cat back system.
If you are not comfortable working on your own stuff,i'm sure you can find some capable people in your area.I'm sure you can find a local speed shop that deals with dynamaxx headers for example. As far as the power progamming, take your pick.I personally had great sucess withthe Crane Cams unit.
Good luck and have fun.
