Hey Pete you're not alone, not sure about east coast but in Ontario within about a 3 hr drive of Toronto I know of at least 25 ssr's some not members & other members that aren't on the site as often. Hopefully our paths will cross some day.

Welcome from Niagara -on-the-Lake. Funny thing, you are from Omemee. I was in Fenlon Falls a month ago and saw three of them in town within 5 minutes. One was Red and I thought was for sale. It was an older woman driving it.

Hey Gary, that red belongs to the chevy dealer & the older lady is the dealer wife. I stop there once, told her about the fanatics but wasn't into computers. She told someone had order it, then he back out & she liked it so much her husband let her have to drive it. It's a 03 & has only had dealer plates that I know of, he used to keep it in the showroom over winter for the first 10 yrs or so, haven't seen it there the last few years.

Interesting. MT Niagara on the Lake is on the list for a road trip next year. I’m coming out of a supercharged Miata and do a lot of road tripping. Loved driving the Miata but getting in and out of it is getting tougher since I slipped and broke my hip a year and a half ago.

Both do a great version - but I love Orbison stuff
You have so many Ontario/Quebec friends but they don't give me their VIN's for my registry so screw them - sort of a Canadian privacy bit.

I don't envy those that drive them year round.
I had some Vette's etc - too much fun to have diversity.
I don't mind parking Kate for a few months.
She becomes a piece of art that I walk by daily to see as I walk to my office while I leave my garage door open (into the house) until it gets to cold- not just the daily driver

A friend and fellow RC enthusiast (Jim) in Beaverton has an 06 Redline...there are lots of us around...here’s a photo of the two R’s at our RC flying field...you’ll notice the green one is observing COVID protocol and wearing a mask!

Very nice. I just bought my R in September so I’m already anxious to get it out next spring
