For those in the PHX / TUCSON area that might be interested, I have found some info on the Firebird Raceway Dragstrip. The first open night for the public will be Friday, January 13th. Gates open at 6PM. Track goes hot @ 7PM.
Cost is $17.00 to run. ($10.00 for entry & $7.00 for Track fee)
The track fee will get you at least 5 runs.
If you know that you will run 1/4 mile in less than 13.99 seconds, bring a helmet.
