My SSR's front trim piece that runs across the headlights was loose on the passenger's side. It was rattling like crazy if I nudged the front of the truck.

I ended up taking off the trim piece by removing the two small bolts on the top side of the trim piece, prying up the trim piece at the headlight(s) (industrial velcro at this location) and then pulling straight out.

I ended up cleaning the velcro on the passenger side light and making sure the three clips were pushed on fully on the trim piece so when installed they would not push out the trim piece to cause an alignment problem with the velcro at the headlights.

This seemed to do the trick and the velcro on the passenger side headlight seems to be holding the trim piece correctly.
