There were only 3 SSR's that showed up for our run. No big deal though, it was a great day, tops down and cruising on the Illinois river road.

Would like to thank Jim, drove down from Macomb, Illinois to join us and Ron, one of Missouri's fineset, helping to keep our streets safe.

Stopped at the Riverdock restaurant in Hardin, Illinois for some of the best home cooking at an unbelievable price. Those that didn't make it missed some great food along with some great company. Talked shop, compared trucks and had a great time.

Talked about our next run which looks like it will be June 5th to Springfield, IL for the Power Tour. I will post more info on that as it draws closer.

Okay Missourians, don't miss out on this next run. Mark your calendars, you have plenty of advanced notice.

Congrats on the purchase, were are you located? It looks like so far, 2004 SPT Truck and I will make the run to Springfield, IL to catch part of the POWER TOUR on June 5th. There is a thread in the National Events about it.

Yes So Far I Like This Site It Is Pretty Cool. Everyone Sounds Really Nice And Very Helpful. Im Closer Towards Chicago So It Is About Four Ride For Me But I Will Do It If Thier Are Other Ssr's Thier This Is The Best Truck That I Have Ever Owned. Also Hd-fatboy I Do I Pm You Im Very New To This Site. I Also Own A 99 Sportster And I Love That To. I Just Hate On Nice Days What To Drive The Ssr Or My Harley. How Do You Do It.

For the time being it has been the truck, but on good days I'll take the bike to work. If it even looks like rain or I think it's going to rain, the truck goes. I have been stuck in the rain to many times when I was younger, now I'm smarter.
