Does anyone know why the price of headers for a SSR is so high, I mean $1275 plus shipping, I am use to paying $275 for top of the line, Now it has been a while but good Lord is it the cost of living or just cause it is a SSR or something I don't know about, Lets see about $1500 for 20 to 25 hp, Well like Mickey Tompson told me years ago speed cost money, How fast you want to go

yea that is way crazy for a set. I can have a set custom made for me for that price and have them Installed......

It's called "Supply & Demand". If you make header for 1,000,000 mustangs or cameros the price goes down. If you make hundreds for SSR the price to cover develepment, storage, etc is HIGH. Vette parts have similar high prices do to low volume.
