Leaving the casino last night, my headlights were not working - this is the first time this year I drove at night.
The parking lights were working, the fog lights were working and the high beams were working

Any suggestions on what to look for to fix the problem?

Low beam headlamp relay #41 in the underhood fuse box.

If you need a relay, I have some.

Headlights Not Working

Jeff:

I hope your issue is unrelated but the headlights on Signature #2, recently auctioned in Indianapolis, were not working, either, when I inspected the truck. On that one, both the rear fuse block door and the fuse block cover were removed and sitting under the seat. I don't know what issue(s) were present but obviously something prompted a look-see at the rear fuse block.

Also check the low beam light fuses, there are separate fuses for the left and right low beam. But as Mike points out it is most likely the relay if both are out.
The relay is a standard part and is available in parts stores. I got one at OReillys.

I've had similar issue, went for drive last night no lights, hi beams and fog light ok and tryed switch from auto to on, nothing. I checked fuses and borrowed relay from dad from his trailblazer that controlled his low beams and no luck....not sure what to check next. Sorry to comment on old thread but thought since same issue
