03-06 Passenger seat
The power to operate the seat motors and heaters for the passenger seat is the from the drivers seat module. Therefore if the drivers seat works then you do not have a fuse or circuit breaker problem.

NOTE -- Passenger heated seat switch is enabled though seat belt switch -- seat belt has to be buckled for heater to work!
Also -- both passenger and driver seats heating elements (back and bottom) are wired in series. Thus if the either of the elements has a failure -- neither of the seat elements for that seat will operate.
Example: if the bottom element burns out - your back will not get hot!!!

Hope this helps and hope its just the belt buckle!

Rear fuse box.

Seat mod 10A, powers up driver seat module. The module then switches another circuit to provide the higher amperage.

Seat circuit breaker 30A (#8?) Provides power for both seats. This is for all of the power seat motors and seat heaters.

Sorry, no longer at work so I cannot check numbers I only remember the designation used on fuse box label.
