I have ordered the oem radiator hoses
And I will mfg a mandrel from stainless to reproduce the exact length and angle
The process is to wrap three times with silicone nomex material and put in the autoclave for 15 minutes to cure
Remove, trim to fit

I am curious about your post to do a group order for 250 gears from Summit Auto
Is that a Jim Jones mass suicide thing or did you mean 430, but I can't imagine typing fingers could get that bad?
You had best come clean on whether you are legitimate or not as you won't last many more days on this site without proof of authenticity

BTW, I believe the 430 may be the perfect gears.
373 move it nicely, 456 do a great job but a bit strong - 250 may need a push start

The mfg has a 250 each month production run from Italy.

The only way I see to order that qty is a min run order.

I did a group buy years ago on the Ducati multistrada motorcycle countershaft sprocket
I ordered 250 from a mfg , sold them all for 77.50 each on our forum.

I have sold over 100 sets of 55-57 Mercedes Benz sl300 gullwing door seals.

I mfg door seals for aircraft in std or inflatable.

Silicone and custom colors

Iam doing now 250 alloy GoPro mounts for
Wingtip and tail for a group buy for a model aircraft.

The group buy can reduce cost for all, 33 years doing custom nla items .
