I've tried that myself. I emailed Troy twice in the last two days, but no response. I appreciate the assistance. I'd like to get this resolved, I've got a sale running on Dynatech Headers and I'm not able to access the PMs the members are sending me. I signed up as a supporting dealer on the 28th of May and since that date my PMs have been locked out.

go to your original thread and ask anyone to send an e-mail directly just in case - just a thought.

HI Chevygirl,

I believe I had already passed that issue on to Troy Roberts our site's Administrator to address. Troy was the one I believe that had to set up cca05 for his Supporting Dealer status.

I will forward this once again to Troy and hopefully he will be able to set him up so that he can go through his PMs once again.

Sorr that it has taken this long to address that issue.

Hope it gets fixed soon.
