thanks for the offers guys, got a couple more things to try first. Will let you know, how it goes.

ok, cleaned and lubed micro switches inside tonneau cover on both sides. put bolts back in latches and just snugged them. had the cover up. When I pushed top up, it would time out. Pushed the top down, cover closed. pushed up again and i'm back to open tonneau manually. What's next?

little far to make a quick trip, I live on the very north end of state. I'm at a stand still, don't know what to do next.
