Newbies, and all original members. Help us Help you. When members have a problem or question, it helps us to know what year your SSR is to give the best answer. And if we know where you live, someone close by might be willing to come assist or demonstrate how to do something. So-- Welcome from Forney Texas. Consider clicking on the rounded square Letter/Picture, top far right corner, go down to "Account Settings", click, and fill in your information. Especially your general LOCATION and the year of your SSR, like the rest of us. Then go the the left side and click on "Signature". Also put the year of your SSR in your "Signature", and anything else you want to show in your posts, and we can help you better if you have a problem. When you finish click the "SAVE" box.
Also go to the "New Member" section and introduce yourself.

Not sure what you mean about not being able to post. Since you can do so here, please explain where you tried to post and what the results were that sent you to this thread. I will try to help out.

@BillT, I see you are from Whitney Texas. Texas has numerous SSR owners that would be glad to give you a hand. Just getting you hooked up to them is the next step. Hang in there cavalry is on the way.
@BillT, Go to the very top right and click on the 5 horizontal lines next to the Blue box with the B in it, find the thread/place you want to post, click it, then at the top right click "Start Discussion". Maybe @BlueStreak can move this for you. Meantime click the other links where you found this one. @Dinerman, Frank, is our Texas leader and he will fill you in about help in your area. Keep posting you will learn like the rest of us.

Hi to all,
Not really new. I was on in 2019 with some questions about and engine issue. I would like to thank all who responded. I read all the thoughts and ideas. The car now has a replacement block with new guts. I have saved the original block so possibilities in the future stay open. The car is now for sale in the for sale section. There is more to these ssr cars than I thought and its been a very interesting experience.
Stay Well

If your handle is "SSR Trouble" (without the second "t") your account shows that you logged in about a month ago.

Did you just forget your login? If so log out of the site and then click on the "Login/Join" link at the top right-hand side of the forum home page, then click on the "Forgot your password?" link, enter your email and you'll get a password reset email.

I sent you a password reset yesterday but it looks like you created a new account using Google One Tap. No problem. I can just merge that into your old one and get you all squared away again.

@Tracker jacker, look at post #1------You need to start a thread in "SSR Technical Discussion" for your issue.

So Nick & Kathy, sadly I didn't know that I had not completed all of the necessary required information, but thank you for bringing this to my attention. I did in fact go to "Account Settings" this afternoon and believe that I'm now in compliance. If you find that I've left out information required for my continued membership, please feel free to simply reach out to
