Police: Two-Car Race Ends In Deadly Crash
Interstate Reopened Saturday Morning

DANBURY, Conn. -- Part of Interstate 84 in Danbury was open again Saturday after a deadly crash shut down the road down for several hours, NBC 30 Connecticut News reported.
The accident happened around 7 p.m. Friday night.
Police said that two cars were racing each other when one of them hit another car.
The passenger in one car died at the scene and the driver is now listed in critical condition.
After the crash, one of the cars took off but police were able to arrest the driver in the other vehicle, NBC 30 Connecticut News reported.
The vehicle that investigators are looking for is either a fire-engine red Ford SD-10 pickup or a Chevy SSR, authorities said.
