Thanks for the prompt response on this. Haven't purchased the faceplate (white) and needles (red) yet. Was hoping to get input on best sourcing for these items as it appears you have done your fair share.

That's what I figured, but did want to confirm prior to placing an order.

@Problem Child I ordered them yesterday. Look at my post yesterday in "What Did You Do With Your SSR Today" Thread, Post #12,888. Use their, NAPA, chat box and ASK if they can do a better price.

Good day all!

I’ve been updating the attendance and work list based on your posts and the conversations I’ve had with folks. Please have a look and let me know if there needs to be any corrections. If there is a question mark, I’m not sure about something.

The tech day is getting closer and having the parts you need is key to getting the work done. Please don’t wait until the last minute to order. If you have any questions or want to talk over something you are thinking about getting worked on, please start a conversation with me and we can exchange phone numbers.

Well........

We have finally firmed up the plans for attending. No, Debbie won't be coming. The second person in the "we" is my #4 Grandson, Aden. He's 18 and has been working for me for over a year. He's well grounded and has the "knack".... if you know what I mean. We will be flying into Houston on Friday, renting a car and spending Friday and Saturday night with the gang at the Hampton Inn. Flying back to Phoenix on Sunday. Great use of time and an opportunity to expand his horizons a bit.

Please put us down for 2 BBQ.

I won't be bringing much with me. Just my Tech2, some stepper motors, some cluster LEDs and my soldering iron. The best asset I am bringing is that strong, willing 18 year old that really likes the SSR.

See you in Winnie.

You need to expand Aden's palate and introduce him to some Mudbugs... Lester's @True Blue are top notch...“Laissez les bons temps rouler

I need to make a slight change on what I would like to get done on Tech day. Scratch the front shocks, I had an opportunity to use a lift and a friend to help so that's done.
I still would like to felt the window channels so they track better and don't scratch the tint. And I have sound deadener for the doors since the panels are coming off. I have a Corvette servo I would like to install, time permitting.
thanks,
Dale (bubbajo)

I am sure the shop Supervisor Robert TXNSSR will pick up on this post and adjust. Another question is have you voted for SSR of the Year? If not would appreciate your vote for Robert TXNSSR

Let me measure and see if I have enough moleskin, as yours should take 4 strips. I’ll send you a conversation tomorrow and let you know.
