It is not a pretty picture, overall, but it is clear that some dealers are better than others! Seems to me that any dealer who wants to sell an SSR for premium price they will get would have a vested interest in making the customer happy... of course when you take delivery they will already have your money!
GM should be prepared to stand behind these vehicles if they want continuing positive publicity among auto enthusiasts. Dealers always blame "the factory" for poor warranty support!
