I thought it would be fun to see how many other SSR owners each member has met. I have an SSR Owners List on my computer where I keep track of each owner I've met. So far I have 31 names on my list.

Great job on the photos, Lloger. That's an impressive group of SSRs. The names on the photos are a great touch.

31?? - that's dedication!! Unfortunately, being out in a pretty sparsely populated area, we don't get the same opportunity for weekend runs. A few more were purchased over the winter - maybe a few more contacts this spring at the shows.

Thanks for the reports - feels like we're there with you.

Hey lloger,

You might recall a few of our members on here were very fortunate to have been selected to attend the 2005 Chevy SSR Team's special event and also joined in on the Woodward Dream Cruise events last summer in Athens, Michigan. That is where we met a lot of the SSR engineers, managers and top executives who were also SSR owners too.

However, here in NY I regret to say I have only met a small handful of SSR owners in my area. I believe that most of us here will have a great chance this summer to meet a lot more of our members and other SSR owners through group gatherings and touring events too. :thumbs

Hi James, we are both well and I'm glad to hear you had a great time in Decatur. I hope everybody catches me. That just means everybody is getting out and going to SSR gatherings. Our next one is May 22nd for the "Mystery lunch cruise". Hope to meet some more of the Texas SSRs someday.

I am in the same boat with Dev...
Looking especially forward to meeting someone from the site, much less another SSR owner.

I am up to 6 now, thanks to the Decatur car show. But none from my home state of Oklahoma. I see several but never get the chance to meet any of them yet. :ssr :thumbs :flag :seeya
