$1300 every six months.

I'm an under-25 yr. old male.

USAA quoted me $2200 every six months, for standard coverage. Ridiculous.

Went up $400 a year ! !

About $1500 a year now. Excellent driving record (speeding ticket 9 years ago), been with Geico for years. Bumped it $200 every 6 months for buying a SSR versus a Silverado pickup. California is one of the most litigious states in the union.

When I told the Geico rep how much I actually drive, she just said "that's impossible". I said its true. She then "hinted" again that I wouldn't even want to see what my "stated" mileage would cost me, so she was putting me down for 15,000 a year.

Drove my SSR 20,000 miles in the first 6 months ! !

For all you over 50, you should check out AARP auto thru Hartford. You have to join AARP, but there are also many other benefits for a minimal charge. Even my insurance agent said he couldn't wait to turn 50 so he could sign up! R

For any one over 50. You will not beat AARP. I have an 03 Buick Lesabre Limited. 04 SSR. 1000.00 Deductible. 1 year $602.00 for both. Oh yes I do have my house Ins. with them which is extra. :)

I pay about $1500 a year with full coverage and low deductables. Plus I'm in law enforcement, which means no tickets since 1980. But I guess that's the price of living in NJ :flag

Let's See

$499 every 6 months (898 per year), full coverage, no deductable, spotless record, seven vehicles, house and life insurance all with same company.

Wifes 02 Sierra ext cab 4x4 $300 every 6 months (600 per year) Full covreage, no deductable, good record, utily vehicle discount.

Hers has a bigger motor, and 4x4 suspension. GO figure.

On the bright side it's $2,000 pre year for all seven vehicles, plus the house and life insurance. The other vehicles are on a special rate for under 500 miles per year (collectors). Usaually only driven two or three days a year (each).
