I setup another skin that is slightly different from the standard one. It just cleans up the look a little bit by taking away category descriptions and last post time from the main forum page.
You can take a look at it by changing your skin in the lower left hand corner of the main forum screen. Use the pulldown and click on Streamlined.
Let me know if you like it or have any suggestions for other skins.
