I still haven't made the move to buy yet. I really need to be able to carry three in the car.
That back seems to be begging for a jump seat in back. Anyone put one in? I hardly ever carry three but when I do, it's necessary. Ideas...other than buy a Mustang.

Even in Georgia, it is now illegal to ride in the bed of a pickup...not sure how that applies to the old Brats...

The concept SSR had a bench seat for three but the shifter was on the steering column.

My idea is to go to ebay and buy a couple of those fold down/up tirrd row seats from a ML, Tahoe etc. and bolt em in. It's illegal here to ride in the back of a pickup but if there are seats and the look "installed" with seat belts, I doubt if there would be a problem. Don't really know.

Just put some velcro on the bottom of a couple captain's chairs or lawn chairs and attache the seat belts to the chairs. Or, you could be really cool and bolt in a Lazy Boy recliner.

All kidding aside, I would say if you will have a need to carry 3 at some future date...The SSR is not the vehicle for you.
