If you see another SSR on the road, you are suppose to stop, or do a uturn, chase it until you catch up.... That is such a rare occurance, you are suppose to do anything you can to meet the owner !!! Don't forget you are an ssr fanatic not just an owner!!!! :cool

Since I got my Aqua Blurr about 3 weeks ago I have yet to see another one while I am driving "Goofy". I have been looking but none yet. I did see a red Dodge Ram SRT-10 going down the 605 the other way. They are a little more rare than the SSR.

There are now 4 SRT-10s running around my area - they sound like V6s on steroids - not the nice rumble of a V8 - mine is still the only SSR as far as I know.

If you talk to my woman it could be my driving style. But "Goofy is the name she gave the SSR because she thought it looked and still does goofy.

The SRT does sound mild until you give it WOT and then it will turn peoples heads to see what is making that roar.

SSR Sighted in Millstadt, IL

I met a Silver SSR on the road today in Millstadt, IL a couple of blocks from my office.
I wasn't in mine, though, was in my Silverado. Was it anyone on this site? I also saw a silver one in Alton, IL a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday. Same one? I did see an Aqua Blur a couple of days ago when driving my yellow SSR, but I think it was someone test driving one from a dealer in Waterloo, IL. Anyone else around here have one???

Must be true. A lady visiting Central CA from Pheonix came up to us as we were getting out of ours, and she said she had been here for a week, and our SSR was the only one she had seen in CA. Said in Pheonix, she sees them all the time! :confused

I'm in Walnut, CA so we have what we call LLOGER sightings all the time here. Actually my wife and daughter see him cruzing around, and we'll finally get to meet at this weekends mystery ride. I did see another Yeller one today here local, and there seems to be quite a few in So. Cal.

I was at one of my accounts yesterday and the owner had his 3day old magnum, cool rims n rubber band tires, nice looking, but all his employees were ogling my ssR instead :lol
he looked jealous and kinda ticked at being upstaged :jester
