I would like to echo these comments and go as far as to say we wouldn't be getting an SSR if it wasn't for Billy. :yesnod

He took time to talk and e-mail information and offer advice and in the end he saved us hundreds if not thousands.

He did it for no personal gain but rather just to help us join the SSR world. :thumbs
